Invisible box doesn’t let me type at the bottom of the screen

So, I type in text and move it down but ther is like this invisible thing that doesn't let me see the text at the bottom. Really need help. Version: 2018

In the effect controls scale to 100 and scale the font down in the EssGraphics panel.

Again, as Ann asked, is this from working with the Legacy Titler or the Essential Graphics panel? I'm guessing the EGP, but you don't show the the EGP panel nor the actual graphics clip controls in the Effects Control Panel either. It would be necessary to see either or preferably both the EGP and the ECP with all graphics items showing.
