Hi.
I wanna buy iPad. I know 16 GB RAM is better. But it is much more expensive. Is iPad 8GB RAM enough for Adobe Premiere Pro? I edit 4k videos from my iPhone and GoPro 8 4k

Premiere Pro does not run on iOS. Sorry about that. Check out Adobe Premiere Rush. That works.

I second Kevin. iPadOS is a variant of iOS. Premiere Pro is not compatible at all with any flavor of any primarily-mobile OS.
