Iphone 16 footage stuttering

Hi,

I'm a total beginner to Premiere Pro, and I'm lost!

I'm trying to use my iPhone footage with 4k 120 frames.

When I import them into Adobe, they seem to import fine, but when I edit, I notice my video is extremely glitchy. When I finally export the video I find my video extremely slowed down or extremely glitchy. What is causing this, and how do I fix it? It is so frustrating, and I can't seem to find an answer.

Hi Khaled,Sorry for the issue. Please go to the Project panel in Premiere Pro, right-click on one of your iPhone files, select "Media File Properties," and share the details here. Please also share your Sequence frame rate and export settings. These details will help me better understand the problem.
