Is glossy or mat the best option for video editing?

I'm looking to buy a great laptop for Adobe premiere and would love some feedback. 

I have my eyes on dell xps 15, 9510 (i7 (11. Gen) 11800H - 32 GB DDR4 - 1 TB SSD M.2 PCIe - NVM Express (NVMe) - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti) 

. What do you think of this purchase for mainly Adobe premiere?

And second question:

I've been told I should go for mat over glossy screen, when it comes to editing, but it seems all the better laptops are made with glossy screens. Can any of you superstars tell me if that's bullocks or what not.
