Is it legal to screen capture myself using Adobe products?

I am a video editor, and I am making a video to introduce myself to potential clients. I want to include screen captured video of myself editing in Premiere and After Effects (making cuts on the timeline, animating graphics in the project window, etc.). Is it legal for me to use this footage for commercial use (promoting myself/my business)? I ask this because UIs are protected by copyright, so I wanted to know if I need permission from Adobe to do this. I know that thousands of YouTubers screen record like this to create tutorials, but I wondered if it requires permission or is even legal to do within the context of my project.

Like a lot of the ACPs, the "Adobe Community Professionals", I do tutorials other places. I've a blog, a couple YouTube channels, a company that provides video post training, and I'm a "Contributing Author" on a pro colorist's subscription site.

On all of them, I do posts and video tutorials on the use of Premiere Pro. And occasionally get critiques from some of the staffers.

Yea, go for it!
