Just a long shot:  are you working with material that's not locally stored either on a network drive or the cloud?  If so, that may be the source of your problem.  Try working with media stored on drives that are directly connected to your computer.

Strange, @Michael Grenadier , i work with my Drive D, it is directly to my laptop.

Does your Media Browser of PP have same behavior like mine?

Honestly, I rarely use media browser, but first, Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.  And then try keeping the mediabrowser on your main monitor to see if there's an issue with the second monitor causing the problem.  Also, if I remember correctly, there may be an issue if you're writing xmp to your media files which is in premiere media preferences as the file is actually changing when you make certain changes to it within premiere.  You might try disabling this feature.
