Is Media Encoder 14 (2020) available somewhere?

I'm using Premiere 2020 (the last version of  14) for one series because of a post facility's requirements- and I *Oops-uninstalled* Media Encoder 2020/V14. The CC doesn't list 2020 anymore in "Previous versions" and the link to "view more" they give at the bottom only seems to go to older Premeier Elements, Acrobat, etc. 

Is ME 2020 lost to the ravages of progress or is there any way I can get it back?
