i believe i last edited this project around june of 2017

but suddenly its not on any of my hard drives

it is a project file for a short film that took months to edit

none of the auto saves or any other instances of the project are to be found anywhere

i have all the footage, but nothing is in the folder projectwise

i have no idea why.

the related after effect project seems to be fine. but not the premiere project

is there any way to retrieve this?  or even for premiere to tell me where it was when i last accessed it?

What happens if you search for *.prproj on that drive?

All Premiere Pro project file has the file ending .prproj.

You should not search for .prp, you should search for .prproj.
