I've been routinely resizing video clips that are in the timeline by highlighting them, then clicking on the monitor, then double clicking it to see the boundaries, and then moving those boundaries to resize the image. Now, when I try to do that, the boundary lines move but the image doesn't change.
The same thing happens when I change the scale in the Effect Controls. The boundary lines move but the image doesn't change. (See attachment for what this looks like.)
Sometimes these clips have been auto reframed, but that wasn't an issue before, and when I disable it, it doesn't solve the problem.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something that somehow interferes?
I'm using Premiere Pro 2023 Version 23.6.0, with Windows 11
This is urgent, I need this capability to complete a current project.
