Issues with Premire Pro dowloaded transitions templates

Hi guys, hope yall are doing good! Im struggling here with all the transition effects that Ive downloaded from Motionarray.com. I dont know what happened but Ive use them for a while and they all work perfectly, as long as I follow the video with the instructions obviously. For some reason they are not working anymore. Even the simplest ones (literally drag and apply) arent working. I uploaded a screen recording here to examplify. In this case, we can see that my video was kinda dragged to the side, out of my frame size.
