Keyboard Shortcuts window does not open 25.0

I am attempting to setup keyboard shortcuts.

I go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts... and nothing happens.

The window does not appear.

Pressing Ctrl+Alt+K does nothing to bring up the window either.

I tried Rest to Saved Layout, no changes.
I tried Reset app preferences (holding down shift on application load), no changes.

Adobe Premiere Pro 25.0
Windows 11 Home Version 23H2

Hi @Aerali Studio - Thank you for the report, it looks like you may have a game driver installed.  Can you try installing the studio driver for your gpu.

I'm wondering if there are some sync issues going on with onedrive.  Can you try disabling sync and then manually delete your preferences and launch Premiere Pro.

OneDrive is not actually installed or running on my machine.

Nvidia Studio Driver was installed during October 28th GFX driver update. (I just reinstalled it again, just in case)

However... After manually deleting the C:\Users\USERNAME\OneDrive\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\ folder, alas SUCCESS!!!

Thank you so much!

System Compatability Report sent.

I did not change the path from the standard one, it was setup that way on install.

I tried to copy the files into the standard folder structure, but that had no effect.

Just as a note @jamieclarke: this different user folder is standard behavior if you use OneDrive as a backup solution - very common in Enterprise environments. We are in the same boat (haven't tested this concrete issue yet).

This actually raises a very good point: applications are not supposed to store preferences in the documents folder, there is %appdata% and %localappdata% for that. Every time we run Premiere Pro, this triggers OneDrive sync as it re-writes config information. Most other Adobe apps don't use Documents for this type of file.

Hi @Aerali Studio - I'm wondering about the location of your user profile that is not the standard location that they should be.  Can you tell me how you changed the location?

Hi @Aerali Studio - Can you navigate to the menu bar under help and select "System Compatibility Report" then select export report and email those files to jamiec@adobe.com

Followed your instructions @jamieclarke
Located the Profile-USERNAME folder via the following path: C:\Users\USERNAME\OneDrive\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0
Changed the name by adding z to the folder name.
Launched Premiere Pro

Still no Keyboard Shortcuts window =(

Hi @Aerali Studio - Can you try navigating to C:\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0 and then add a z to the Profile-<Username> folder.  Then launch Premiere and let us know if you still are having issues.

I have multiple displays setup.

Tried with just one monitor. Nothing happens.

Changed screen resolution. No window.

Updated GFX driver. Still nothing.

Hi @Aerali Studio

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. Are you using multiple displays? Have you tried to switch to one and see if the window is opening on a single monitor? Sometimes windows opens the panels outside of the range of view on the monitor. Also try changing the screen resolution or updating the GFX card.

Thanks for submitting your bug report. I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!

Thanks,

Ian
