Keyframe text?

I'm wondering if I can keyframe text in such a way that a new word comes up every keyframe, so I write out the whole sentence, keyframe in my video where the words in the sentence are said and whenever a new keyframe gets played a new word appears. I hope my question is clear. I know you can do this in Sony Vegas but I don't like that program. I am currently using the 2017 Premiere Pro trail. Also, maybe I could do this in After Effects, but I haven't been using adobe software for too long so I wouldn't know ^.^" thanks for advice in advance :^D

Yes, you can do this several ways, including:

Make a title for each word and put the titles in the timeline where you want them to appear. No keyframes necessary.

Make a title with the whole sentence and keyframe the crop effect.

A faster way is to use After Effects which has preset text animation for what you want. See, e.g.: Effects and animation presets in After Effects
