This layer represents this text and seems white colour but white color does not in the label list. What is this color?

Hey MahaB82A,

 

That could be a customized color. You can customize your label colors by going to Edit > Preferences > Labels. If you click on the color rectangle next to the color name, you can customize that color. Let us know if this helps.
