Le projet semble endommagé ouverture impossible première pro

Question

Bonjour !J'ai voulus faire du tri sur mon pc et j'ai supprimé un projet adobe premiere pro assez important..J'ai utilisé un logiciel pour le récupérer dans la corbeille mais malheureusement en voulant l ouvrir j'ai le messagele projet semble endommagé ouverture impossible Une solution existe il pour récupérer ce projet ? faut il recréer un chemin pour que le projet revienne ?
