Letters appearing outside of captions box

Hi guys,

 

I added some captions to my video and the letters are outside the box. I want to extend the bottom of the box but I don't know how? Can anybody please advise?

See attached screenshots where the bottom part of the "g" is outside the box

Are these real captions (open, closed or ?) or Ess Graphics text?
