Linhas animadas no Premiere Pro

Boa noite, agora que já não é possivel a opção de "escrever" no video effects, como é que se consegue fazer linhas animadas no Premiere Pro?

Depends, either the Properties Panel or After Effect.

Ae is imo the best way to go.
