loading 240 aaf.prm crashing adobe

Premiere won't open crashes while having Loading (240) Aaf.prm. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and also clear caches and app preferences with ctl. This is critical I be able to work with the software.

  • Issue - Adobe Premiere Pro will not open. It sticks on Loading (240) Aaf.prm for a moment then crashes.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version number: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
  • I have Version 25.1 (I used Adobe clean tool to delete all adobe premiere files and reinstalled!!!)
  • Operating system - Windows or macOS, and which version of those operating systems?
  • Windows 11 Pro
  • System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:
    • 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KS 3.20 GHz

    • GPU (Intel-based Macs and PCs) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

    • GPU driver (PC): 560.94 TYPE: DCH
    • 128 GB (128 GB usable)

    • Hard Drive- Internal M.2 4TB SSD

I still can't get your software to work, and I am teach it to over 60 student. I need to be able to work. Why is this taking so long to get some help?????????
