Locking scrolling on Audio Video tracks in Timeline Sequence

Hi All,

Please see attached video and screenshot which explains it much better than words.

We find it a constant nuisance in our company that we cant lock this.

When working with an apple Magic Mouse, we are constantly hiding  Video tracks as soon as we touch the mouse, as it's very sensitive. 

Surely there is a way to lock this?
