Logo gets pixelated when video plays

So I'm on adobe premeire pro and have my logo in the end sequence of my video, when the video is not playing the logo is perfect but once the video plays its gets all pixelated why is that? I droped some images below

It looks to me your timeline resolution is quite large and the logo is inimini placed on the canvas.
