Looking for a way to add text from Excel to videos at every 30 second

New to Adobe and I'm looking for a way to upload a series of b-roll videos then using an Excel sheet of text to upload to the video at every 20 second sequence. 

Then cut the video at every 20 seconds to make short form videos.

    I’m not sure how to do it on my own so was hoping something was already in
