Looking for Premiere Pro Plugin to Remove Background Without Green Screen

I'm currently seeking a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro that can effectively remove backgrounds from videos without the need for a green screen. Ideally, I'm looking for something that functions similarly to the Roto Brush tool in After Effects but is built into Premiere Pro as a plugin.

Here are my specific requirements:

• Platform: Must be compatible with Windows.
• Functionality: Should allow for background removal without needing a green screen, using techniques similar to rotoscoping.
• Technology: Preferably AI-powered, similar to the "Remove Background" feature in Veed, where you just click a button, and it handles the rest.
