Looking for tutorial of Mocha Pro for Premiere

Dear community, i have look at so many toturial about mocha pro and premiere pro. But all of them are not a solution in my case.

Sorry i'm to NEW in mocha pro. what i want is just simple tracking. Than bring back that tracking data to premiere.

i have a moving video like picture above on v1. and i have a text on v2.

what i want is my text follow the move of building.

i can do it in after effect easily, but i can not do it in premiere pro. Looking for tutorial couple of hours not find it.
