Lost Sequence

Hi everyone. Last night I exported an edit. I made by right clicking on a normal source file and selecting "Create New Sequence", then cutting and pasting all of the clips from other sequences into that. The video file came out of it, but exporting the sequence in its current state was just a test. I need to make more changes to it.

So I have the video file, but I cannot find the sequence file I exported to make the video file.

The project file that contains all of my sequences and sources shows that it was saved after I had created that sequence.

Please help me find this sequence.

Find the Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save folder in the project folder.

To open your timeline you need to double click on your sequence in the Project Window.

Are you saying that your sequence no longer shows up in your project? Is there a chance that you might have accidentally deleted it? I recommend you check your autosave folder and open up one of the more recent autosaved projects and check if your sequence is still in there. In Premiere go to File/Project Settings/Scratch Disks to find the path of your autosave folder. I hope this helps you.
