Lots of Mask Questions!

Hi!

 

1. I created a perfect circle mask in a 16x9 sequence and am resizing the sequence for 9x16. When I copy the mask to the clip in the 9x16 sequence, the shape of the mask changes. Is there a way to keep the mask shape between sequences? 

 

 

2. Is it possible to Align a Mask? I created a circle and would love to center it. 

 

 

3. Is there a way to scale a clip separately from scaling the mask?

1. no, 2. Eyeballing, 3. no.

I would use a shape (ellips) from the EGP for this. Can do all you want.

Thank you, Ann! Is there a tutorial or link on how to use EGP as a mask? I attempted to try that but didn't get very far and that is a newer feature, correct?
