Loupedeck 2024

Hello, Every single time i start Premiere Pro 2024, i have to ADD my Loupedeck as surface.

In 2023 i did that once, and it stayed saved. 

Can you please fix that, so i can save my settings and dont have to set it up every single time i start premiere?

[You say 2024; I'll presume you mean 24.1, the current shipping version.]

Anything special about your (OS) User account? Perhaps you're using Active Directory? When the Loupedeck device becomes unavailable in PPro, is it still available in other apps?

    For me, Loupedeck+ still works for Lightroom Classic but its removed from the list in new PPro, in the Version before it has worked

    Same here. Working like a charm on my PC before Installing PP25, now I don't see Loupedeck or Logi in the list, in both PP24 and PP25. Very vrey frustrating.  Anybody woorking on this @1713136
