Low level exception occurred aevideofilter 11 with NewBlueFX & Boris

Greetings,

I am facing a problem that is known to many, but for me there is still no definitive solution.

A classic case is that the program throws the following error during use;

"a low level exception occurred aevideofilter 11" < - Sooner or later always referring to the current filter, which crashes as an error.  This error occurs when using NewBlueFx and the Boris plugins.

My Pc;

Win 10
CPU:  Intel Core i3-10100F 4-Core 3.6GHZ
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Radeon rx 570 series 4gb

Adobe Premier Pro 22.2

For many people, a simple adjustment solved the problem, but for me, none of these helped.

Is the problem on the hardware side or the program version?

....Aaand it's works!  The AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition solved my problem finally!

I tried it, the program didn't crash after 40 minutes, even though I loaded it as much as I could and it still works! The system did not break down during rendering. Huge Thanks !!!

Hi @Norbert93,

I read about your issue. It may have something to do with these GPU-accelerated effects. Can you try updating the GPU driver? Here's a link for you: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570. Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
