Hello everyone,

my lumetri scope is blank when I click on it. I tried the "Old_Layouts" trick, also the "reset to saved Layouts". I really don't know waht to do.

I'm using a mac pro with the version 2020.

I have the same issue, and none of the suggested fixes have worked. Mac Mini 2012 running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4

2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB RAM,

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

I'm guessing this has to do with having an older system with outdated hardware.

That's a Mac, so what's it running for a GPU?

If Nvidia, on older Macs, it would be CUDA. On newer Macs it would be AMD cards and using Metal.

What options do you have in the Mercury dropdown?

The lumetri scopes still doesnt appear. I really don't know what to do. Since I have Premiere, I never saw the lumetri scope

Please go to the edge of the frame which has the lumetri scope and use the double arrows to do a slight adjustment to the size of the window. Sometimes that nudges Premiere to draw the window properly

RobShultz,

If the scopes are simply not there while a clip is selected in the timeline, that's ... rare.

What is your Mercury Acceleration option set to in the Project Settings dialog?
