Lumetri Scopes Panel Flattening with Every Adjustment

As long as I can remember I've had an issue in Premiere's Lumetri Scopes panel where if I make an adjustment to a clip in the Lumetri Color panel the Waveform (RGB) drops everything to 0 IRE despite the Program Monitor reflecting the change.

When this happens, if I click off of the footage, the scopes typically come back up to the levels I set them to, and this issue only happens to me 60% of the time.

I'm working with 4K, UHD, and HD footage in a Rec. 709 color space, the "Clamp Signal" box is checked, 8 bit.

My station:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2970WX 24-Core 3.00 GHz

64 GB RAM

64-bit Windows 10 Pro

Wow, that would be frustrating in the extreme, as I live by scopes!

But I've never seen this on my machines. Have you tried doing a "clean install" of the lastest Nvidia Studio driver for your GPU?

Yes I tried that this morning, thank you for the suggestion. I am still experiencing the same issue.

Past dump cache files on launch, or trash prefs, both of which stop many weird things, I haven't a clue what's going on there. Something one doesn't see very often. Isn't it "rich" to be the one with the odd bugginess?

Yea, been there ... but this has me thoroughly puzzled.
