(Mac) Premiere Pro CC 2018 - Keyboard Shortcuts doesn't load

Hi Adobe Community,

I cannot open my Keyboard Shortcuts (Premiere Pro CC 2018). When I click on the button, the button clicks, but nothing happens. The keyboard shortcuts window doesn't load. What can I do?

macOS High Sierra

Version 10.13.1

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

Processor: 2.5GHz Intel Core i7

Hi there,

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is certainly not an issue with Premiere Pro CS6 installation.

Have you tried the same steps mentioned in this article FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?  while resetting the Preferences?

Try trashing Preferences.

Thank you for replying! I already tried using the Preference Manager app. No luck :/

Could it be because I also have Premiere Pro CS6 installed?
