Macbook air m1 16/256 and Creative Cloud issue.

I am trying to install Premiere Pro - an error pops up towards the end of the installation. According to Creative Cloud, the premiere has not been installed, but it works normally and can be mounted.
I am trying to install Lightroom and the opposite situation - CC shows that it is installed but it is not on the computer and after "opening" in CC it does not happen ...
Has anyone had a similar problem? Reinstalling Creative did nothing ...
