Question

Macbook Pro Battery Not Charging While Exporting

I have a couple of issues here.

I was trying to bounce down some footage today and it was taking FOREVER. During this time I noticed that my MacBook Pro wasn't charging even though the charger was connected. My MacBook was telling me that the battery needed to be serviced. This issue stopped as soon as Premiere was done exporting.

Also, Premiere is giving me SUPER long export times. I'm exporting 1080p 24FPS footage that's overlayed over a screen recording with maybe 100 cuts at most, just editing out "ums" and "uhs". The final sequence is 10 minutes long. The export took about 3 hours to complete.

Now I have another project where I'm editing 2.7k 60FPS footage by itself and a 5 minute video with probably 25 cuts took 15 minutes to export. What's going on here? I've left my computer specs below. If there's more information needed just let me know.

Specs:

MacBook Pro 15 inch Retina Mid-2015,

2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7,

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3,

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Hello,

There's nothing about Adobe application that should cause this not charging issue

Kindly check these  two Apple support articles and follow the troubleshooting steps in each:

and from my end please i would advice you also to do these troubleshooting steps for premiere pro:
