Can you Try creating a new sequence and copy/paste the clips there? I hope that will work, but if that not work, make a new project and import the sequences you need from the previous project to the new one.

Thanks for the rec. I'll try, but it seems like it's a constant issue that
comes up from time to time. Last week I had the same issue while I was
trying to export a file. It's a new laptop, not even a month old. The
previous one was a Mac 2019 and I didn't have any issues with it.
