I have Premiere Pro 2022 Version 22.5. I'm on Windows 10.
The Main Menu with Learning>Assembly>Editing>Color has disappeared from all of the Workspaces. Reset to Saved Layout doesn't restore the menu.
It's this one:
Over in the top right hand corner of your Premiere Pro main window panel you should see an icon that if you hover over says 'workspaces'. From the drop down menu choose 'show workspace tabs'. That should bring them back, but note they now occupy the right side of the window rather than the middle in previous versions.
Tricky! I had been there but didn't notice a skerrick of that menu coyly peeping out from behind that Workspaces icon. I had to select the pipe and drag it out blinking into the light. Would never have found it. Cheers Steve.

Yeah, I just happened to be using the latest version of Premiere Pro while investigating and the positioning and functionality of the workspace tabe has changed from the previous old 'centered version' of the workspaces tab to placed to the right behind that 'skerrick of a menu' slide out 🙂
