Making subtitles in Premiere for Facebook? (Premiere Pro 14.9 and earlier)

So I have never tried making subtitles before but a client wants us to add closed captions subtitles for facebook. The video is made in Premiere, and I'm just wondering what the format and so on should be, to make it compatible with the srt format that the facebook subtitle guide suggest. When I look at the sub tools it has open captions, cea-608 and cea-708 are these compatible with the srt or subtitle tools on facebook?

 

Any guidelines or tutorial would be helpful

608 is SD, 708 is HD, export as srt, but test before you actually make the subtitles for you client.
