When I encode with Media encoder. It only uses 10% of my CPU but still manages to make the PC unusable. Unusable as in the mouse and scrolling a website is jittering. I basically cannot use my computer. What gives guys?

This is still happening. Has anyone got any ideas as to why my computer would freeze while using only 10% of my CPU? I can still use the PC but the mouse lag is pretty much rendering it useless.

If I took my truck to a mechanic and told them that my truck had trouble when towing, he would want to know what truck I have, its specifications, and what I was towing.

Sorry that is not the correct answer, you have incorrectly marked it as correct.. This didn't help at all. And how can you expect a paying user to spend a few days going through that ridiculous list everytime there is an issue.

There is obviously something wrong with Adobe software if there is a list like that to consider. I certainly do not see that list when Adobe are biggin up their software and trying to sell it.
