When I encode with Media encoder. It only uses 10% of my CPU but still manages to make the PC unusable. Unusable as in the mouse and scrolling a website is jittering. I basically cannot use my computer. What gives guys?

This is still happening. Has anyone got any ideas as to why my computer would freeze while using only 10% of my CPU? I can still use the PC but the mouse lag is pretty much rendering it useless.

As in, we literally are unable to help you without all the information.

Step 1. A. Don't be ignorant and know what you are doing? How can I even begin with this when I have no idea why my CPU is at 10% and my mouse lags on Media Encoder not Premiere? and it is Media Encoder that does this and only Media Encoder. No other software.

Step 1. B. Creativity is no longer enough. -- In this day and age....

Are you kidding me? It is not premiere I am fighting with anyway.

I just thought if someone had this issue they might be able to help. Obviously I am too ignorant to use the software to be able to even pay to be a debugger for Adobe. Shucks this forum can be almost as annoying as the software its self.

Sorry that is not the correct answer, you have incorrectly marked it as correct.. This didn't help at all. And how can you expect a paying user to spend a few days going through that ridiculous list everytime there is an issue.

There is obviously something wrong with Adobe software if there is a list like that to consider. I certainly do not see that list when Adobe are biggin up their software and trying to sell it.
