Hi SeeyoC,

Looks like your GPU ran out of VRAM for the Lumetri Effects at that timestamp. You might try switching to "Software Only" mode for GPU acceleration in Project Settings. It will take longer but should allow you to export.

But it's very unusual that it takes so long for a minute video.

Usually I was able to render bigger longer videos in less than 5 minutes

make sure you install the latest drivers for the GPU. Make sure nothing is using it excessively for some reason taking up vram which premiere needs to render effects. If it worked before the update then i don't know what to say really, we all have it for a few days, so takes some time to go trough all the jank
