Media offline error

Hello, I keep getting the "media offline" error, although I do not move, rename, or delete any of the video files. I relinked the media several times, but after some minutes, alle media are offline again. Can someone help? Many thanks!

    are you on a mac or a pc?  are your drives all directly connected to your computer or are they connected via a network?

    Hi mgrenadier, thank you very much for helping. I'm working on Mac, and I tried to move the files to different places (iCloud, Harddisk), but that didn't help. In the meantime, I think I found the solution: The Creative Cloud Desktop App needs to run in the background as well. No problems since - I hope this is the solution 🙂

    You may have a failing hard drive.

    Is the media located on an external or internal drive?

    Try moving the media to a new drive and relink.

    Thanks a lot for replying. The media are on my harddisk (internal); I moved them to different places, also to iCloud and back, but that didn't help. In the meantime, I think I found the solution: The Creative Cloud Desktop App needs to run in the background as well. No problems since 🙂
