Media Offline still showing after files have been relinked

I have relinked all my files on a project.  They show up in the source monitor and when I click "Reveal in Project.  They do not show up in program monitor.  It still says Media Offline.  In the example shown below—the clip has been relinked, it shows up in source monitor, it shows on the timeline as being linked, the option to "Link Media" is cannot be selected.  So it recognizes it is linked, but it will not show up in the program monitor.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
