Messed up timeline - now has red and white signs

Hello everyone,

I've spent all day on this project only for it to be mismatched. I tired undoing as much as possible but I reached the limit. Anyway I can fix this without ruining my project?

Help would be really, really appreciated

well it's very easy to screw this up, but if everything on V2 is off which it seems to be from the screen shot, lock all the other tracks, select all, and then hit -17.20. That may fix everything, or you may have to make adjustments further down the timeline.
