When I installed PR, it appeared this error, "missing api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll". I updated Window updates but it still appeared the same error. Plus, I tried to update it manually by following this website. Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

These methods were all failed. How to fix this error?

My computer: Windows 8.1 enterprise x64 (Macbook pro 2016 retina) I operate it in bootcamp.

I tried to download "api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll" from other website, but it would appear other errors.
