Missing Channel Blur Effect

I am trying to apply the channel blur effect to my clip but the option does not appear in my effects tab. Is there a bug removing some filters or was the effect moved someplace else?

    Hey @robrandon0 @Carmelo Nicol351103341jea  The channel blur is removed along with all the obsolete effects from 24.6 latest update. If you still wish to use it, please install the older versions of Premiere Pro application. Thanks!

    See the answer marked correct from @RitishKapoor earlier in this thread. Use a previous version of PP if you want to use this obsolete effect.

        Hello @RitishKapoor, could you explain why you removed the effect in the lastest update? Now if I want to use this effect in premiere pro, how do I use it?
