Missing Files won't show up at startup

When I open a project in Premiere Pro CS6, it prompts me to locate a missing or misplaced file... problem is it won't show me the specific file it is looking for anymore. Please help me solve this.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has worked.
