Missing masking tool in 'Effects Control'

I am not seeing a masking tool in my effects control panel for either 'opacity' or 'lumetri'.
I have a clip in the sequence. 

I am on the latest version of Premiere Pro.

Working on a Mac, OS Sequoia 15.6.1 (latest update)

Any advice?

Hi,

I read your note. Welcome to the forum. I think I know what your issue is. These tools are no longer in the Beta version of the application since masking is now completely different. That might explain what's going on here. Let me know!
