Missing Project tab

Closed my current project and upon reopening the Project tab was nowhere to be found.  Went to Window/Workspace and clicked on Project and what came up was on of the bins which had been in the project panel.  However all of the other material which had been in my project tab was unobtainable: sequences bin, audio bin, video bin, titles, etc.Next to my Media Browser sit a tab called Bin:Stills which originally had been a bin in the project panel.

What went wrong, where is my project panel, and how do I get it back?   Tom Barber

      Reset workspace.

      Well I tried resetting but that didn't work.  All I get is what I previously had, a tab entitled Bin:Stills where the project tab used to be.Nothing is contained in this tab except the contents of my original bin "Stills".  Under my original "Project" tab I had bins for audio, video, sequences and non binned items awaiting their inclusion into my bin structure.It almost feels like this Bin:Stills sits on top of what was originally my Project tab.  What gives?

      From that bin, go up a level.
