Missing video preset file .epr (Premiere Pro CC 2017) for export

Hello,

I made an update for my software yesterday and I lost all my old video preset export.
Could you please resolve this problem ASAP.

    Hi Youssefbouhouch,

    Please check in the following location for the.epr file & let us know the status.

    In Windows, C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\11.0\Presets

    In Mac, Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder/11.0/Presets
