I create a mogrt in After Effects:I import the mogrt in Premiere Pro. The mogrt is on the timeline, but does not contribute to the Program Monitor:

It does not contribute to the Export either.

I note that changing Properties in the Essential Graphics panel in Premiere does not change the appearance of the mogrt Source Preview or mogrt timeline Video Head Thumbnail:Changing Properties in the Essential Graphics panel in After Effects works as expected:Thanks for the help!

NOT A BUG.

My Sequence resolution was not what I expected it to be, so nothing appeared because transparency in the mogrt. Silly mistake.

OP's follow up comment wasn't very clear but based on it, I increased my sequence setting size and was able to see the edges of the graphics peeking in from the sides. Basically, your sequence is smaller than the mogrt file, so you need to resize your graphics.

You can do this by dragging the crosshair mark in the centre until you see the adjustable sides, or adjust your graphic parameters.

I've added screenshots for easier visualisation.
