Mogrt settings don't work

I've been expiriencing real difficulties in handling mogrt templates with a longer list of settings/properties. Some elements of the template appear as permanently disabled or just not active at all and if I change them (which I can on the setting panel) there is no result at all.
This ist the recent example of free envato mogrt template with which i have such issues: https://elements.envato.com/comic-book-sale-cartoon-i-essential-graphics-QADTMN9
Here i don't see the background, the shape is not visible, and changing the text color has no effect at all.
The only thing which I can change is the font size and the text. So I am completely puzzled.

I tried both PP 2018 and PP 2019 and neither version works as I wish. I use Win 10 64bit.
Can you please help me out?

Update. Here is the screenshot of the settings. The only ones which have effect after changing are with the arrows. The rest doesn't work at all.

They should work in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Some of the previews dont work but do work in the timeline.

They do use a lot of memery: about 25 gig on my machine.

    Have you tried that on the 2020 version of Premiere? The newer tools built into the 2020 AfterEffects and Premiere do not translate back to earlier versions.

      Hi Neil, thanks for reply. I don't think it will work in 2020 Version of PP because this issue appeared already before with older templates and the same problems. Anyway I tried to check it out but failed because of Nvidia incompatibility with the newest version of PP. Have to handle it then instead.
      Update. I've just insallted the new Nvidia driver and can use the newest PP 20 version. I am still having the same problems with my mogrt template ;(
