Mogrt transition problem

Hello community, I have the following problem
when applying MOGRT type transitions, I have downloaded very simple free-to-use transitions from Adobe Stock that can be applied using drag and drop, they are visible in the timeline but in the project they only appear as a black box with some icons as well as in the graphics menu where you can select it to use.
I have tried several transitions and in all of them I have similar results. I have consulted other forums but I cannot find a solution to the problem.
It may be something very simple but I cannot correct it.
I attach an image of my work panel where the problem can be seen
Any help is appreciated. Comment

Happy to help. I see that you are using a Mogrt with the option to replace the media inside of it.

  • Select the graphic on the timeline, the Essential Graphics panel should automatically switch to the "Edit" tab, if not you can switch manually by clicking on "Edit"
  • In the "Edit" tab of the Essential Graphics panel you can then find the media replacement control where you see a thumbnail with the black and white placeholder image again. Drag and drop your media onto this thumbnail

Thank you very much for the help, I was able to replace the graphic to apply the transition.
Now I just need to check the appropriate part of each video clip so that the transition is more natural. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
