Mogrt won't install

Hi there.  I am on the latest version of the whole CC suite, on a brand new mac, and Premiere Pro wont install motion graphics templates I bought from VideoHive.  They worked before in Premiere on my Mac, but now they will not open, or install, no matter how I try - direct in Premiere/drag and drop/copy to folder/local folder vs cloud.  I just get the message: "This Motion Graphics template is not compatible with this version of Premiere Pro. You must update to the latest version of Premiere Pro in order to use this template."  And I am most deifnitely on the latest version.  Please can anyone help?  Thank you in advance
